1. Shopping

How do I buy?

Shopping on is very easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Choose the category (ready-to-wear, bridal, iconic) and then the product type (tops, skirts, dresses, etc).
  2. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes and colors, composition, and price.
  3. Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
  4. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.
  5. Choose whether you would like to collect your order at the Lucia Roșca showroom or have it delivered through standard or express delivery.
  6. Select a payment method: online – bank transfer, or offline – through the delivery service.
  7. Confirm the order.
  8. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Prices are in Romanian currency (LEI) and do not include delivery fees. The receipt will be delivered together with the order and will include the cost of the item(s) bought and of the delivery.

Is it possible to buy Lucia Roşca items if you are situated in a different country than Romania?

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, go to the “My orders” section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email sent to you.

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to. To do this, go to the “My orders” section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email sent to you and click cancel.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

2. Payment

What payment methods can I use to make a purchase?

You can use the following payment methods:

In the Lucia Roşca showroom payments in cash or with credit card cannot be made.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

 Can I include my company’s details on my invoice?

Yes. Simply click on the business option in personal details and fill in the tax information we require.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

3. Delivery

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc., but-never a PO Box) or picked up at the Lucia Roșca showroom in Bucharest.

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Deliveries at the showroom take 3 to 5 working days, standard deliveries, 2 to 7 working days and express deliveries, between 1 and 2 working days. Reasons for delay could include: customization of products, specialized products, unforeseen circumstances or delivery area.

Please take into consideration that Lucia Roșca designs are individually produced and the process takes between 7 to 12 days from the day the order is placed (excepting weekends and national holidays). For deliveries abroad, contact us at

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Standard delivery in Romania is 16 lei, and express, 25 lei. Showroom delivery is free.

Can I track my order?

Yes, in the “my orders” section in “My account” you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.

What is the showroom delivery process?

If you have chosen showroom delivery, we will send you a text message when your order has arrived (you will have 15 days to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the Identification Document of the person who collects the order.

4. Returns

Can I exchange or return any item?

Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it.

Are there items I cannot return?

You cannot return items that have been personalizes or custom-made after your requirements (for example, using your measurements, length adjustment, adding accessories, etc).

How can I make a return?

To return an item, you must send it together with the return form received at delivery, to the address on the package.

How long do I have to make a return?

All returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of the items. LuciaRoș reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Is there a charge for requesting a return?

Returns at Lucia Roș are always free of charge. The only fee you must pay is the delivery one.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days from the receipt of the returned items, depending on your bank.

What should I do if the refund sum is incorrect?
